Appointments

Appointment System

We offer a wide variety of appointments these include, pre booked, same day and online.  All appointments are initially via telephone triage.  If a Clinician feels that you should be seen a Face to Face they will arrange the appointment with you.

All Consultations are by appointment only, and can be made in person, by telephone or online (see reception). Non-emergency appointments can be booked in advance. If you are unable to attend for your appointment please let us know so that we can offer this to another patient.

The Practice offers a Clinical Assessment for all Children Under 5 years old on the same day that it is requested.  Initially this will be a telephone consultation if the Clinician feels the Child needs to be seen they will arrange a face to face appointment.

Please Note:  You may receive an automated text message stating the time of your appointment, this is automatically generated by our Clinical System, please disregard these messages.  If you are told a Clinician will ring you, the call will be from a Private Number and can be at anytime from 08:30 to 18:30 on the day you are expecting a call back.  Please do not contact the Surgery to say you have not been contacted at the time the text message has stated.
